In the vibrant Havana of the 1950s, bar owner Victoria Escudero – grandmother of QBN founder Martin Escudero Magnusson – served rum with a pinch of sugar, a simple twist that kept guests coming back to her "Bar Victoria," also known as La Bodeguita.
This Cuban-style rum is crafted from molasses and follows the island's traditional double ageing process. First, the aguardiente is aged two years in oak, charcoal filtered, then blended with higher-proof cane spirit. The blend is aged again for five years, creating the hallmark Cuban style – light, smooth, and balanced. Finally, it's bottled at QBN Beverages in Stockholm.
